Mystery Spice Blend
Can you tell what that spice blend is for? It's from one of Isa's books and is measured to the letter. First person to guess it in the Comments gets a prize!

And....we had this fantastic White Bean Dip tester from Yellow Rose Recipes over the weekend. Omni friends really liked it.
As if that wasn't enough, check out some of these other delicious testers from Robin Robertson.

Empanadas
My first empandas ever! I couldn't believe how easy they were to make. These are really satisfying.

Pasta Bake
This is comfort food....creamy, rich and sooo delicious. Another omni-approved dish.
So, yeah. We've been eating well.
Don't forget to enter the contest!
Tonight's Dinner: Marinara.

Ummmmmm... chickpea cutlets?
Scrambled tofu! from VwaV!
Ummm curry! Whatever it's for, I love the mix of colours and textures.
You got it, Megan! That was fast!
Pick out 5 bars of soap at www.soapbytami.com, then email me your choices with your mailing address, please. Congratulations!
I was gonna say the tofu too...just kidding, I had NO idea! But the colors look lovely together :o)

Man, I was totally going to guess tofu scramble.
All of your food looks so delicious - that white bean dip is totally going on my To Make list.
I would have guessed a curry as well. I'm going to have to try that scrambled tofu recipe! I always just make something up with the ingredients I have on hand.
And, I just gave you a proximidade award. http://thepotatovine.blogspot.com/2008/12/im-winner.html
Maybe it's for some seitan?
You are one of Robin Robertsons testers? That's fantastic!
Your are such a sweetheart having another contest!! If the winner gets some of your soap, they are super lucky. I am LOVING mine :-)
I was going to guess curry until I recognized the thyme then I thought scramble.
Yeah, if you've ever made that scramble and were geeky enough to measure the spices in a bowl like I was, you'd probably guess it.
Mihl, I am really fortunate to be one of her testers. I tend to cook in ruts if I don't test...and that's not good. But when I can test, I try things I can't even imagine! It's the best.
