Mocha Cappuccino CookiesI don't know about you, but I've noticed a distinct lack of cookies around this blog lately. That's not to say I haven't been making cookies now and then, just that most of them haven't been "new" recipes. Now I'm shaking things up with that delicious tester from Autumn Vegan and Garrick. This cookie has a great crunch to the outside, but soft (not cakey) insides and terrific flavor. I knew I'd love this just by the name...and I do. Yes, I pick books by the cover, too. Don't you?

Mmmmm yummy! And yup, I'm another one who picks books by their cover (closely followed by the photos inside).
