Portobello Benedict
So, what did you have to eat this morning? We had this terrific brunch: vegetables piled high on toast and topped with an easy ‘hollandaise’ sauce. On the side are roasted potatoes. This will definitely get us through to dinner!
We finally got some of our Vermont travel photos uploaded to Flickr….coming soon to the blog.
Thanks to all who have commented with cost-cutting tips. If I can figure out how, I’m going to make them a permanent page on the blog so they’ll be easy to find. Good luck in winning Vegan on the Cheap, too! The winner will be announced mid-week, so if you haven’t entered yet, you still have time. Be sure to check back!

I am seriously drooling over that. Sigh. I wish I was not working. I’d be getting me some of that.
Actually, we had the Darngood Donut Bites from your cookbook, and plenty of hot coffee to wash ‘em down. Completely delicious!
