This is a tester recipe for Robin Robertson and it just blew me away. It’s got great crunch that plays off the seitan beautifully, and all with that Asian flavor profile that I love. This one is going to be in an upcoming book, but be sure to check back here on Friday for a chance to win Robin’s latest book, Party Vegan!
In the meantime, you can get a sneak preview of Robin’s Spiced Two-Apple Tart with Cider Creme over at Vegan Planet. It would make a terrific Thanksgiving dessert.
Miss V, are you out there? My emails to you are continuing to bounce.
See you Friday!
