Sounds kind of crazy, doesn’t it? Well, I’m here to tell you, it’s crazy good. This is a tester for Robin Robertson and has it all going on. Layers of flavor! And as an added a bonus, it just looks so pretty on a plate. The next time I have an appetizer party, this is going to be on the menu. I can just picture little wedges of it on an appetizer table.
I know, I’d intended to update a little more, but it seems I just haven’t made it. We’re making as many of our gifts this year as possible, and we’ve been happily puttering in lots of projects. But there’s always after Christmas. I think I’ll do another book contest in the next week, so be sure to check back.
Speaking of Christmas, don’t miss the one-day sale for Vida Vegan Con tickets on the 26th!
I hope you and and yours have a wonderful Christmas, or whatever you celebrate over the next few days. May it be filled with lots of love, tons of time off and fantastic vegan food.
