You know I can’t leave you with a food photo, right? How about this Seitan Parm with fresh whole wheat gemelli? My eyes practically popped out of my head when I saw this at Whole Foods, along with a vegan orecchetti.
We’re supposed to have horrendous weather coming in so we had to cancel a trip to Columbus. I’m thinking it’s going to a soup and bread kind of weekend. Hope your weekend is wonderful, whatever you eat (and do)!
