As I mentioned in my last post, I have a special announcement to make. My second book is in the works and will be a grill-themed book. The book will have recipes for indoor (think grill pan and panini press) and outdoor grilling so that those fantastic grilled flavors will be yours for the munching year-round. The wonderful people at Book Pub Co. will be publishing the book and I’m very excited to be working with them. Not only do they publish landmark vegan books that have been big influences in my life, but there was also a period in the early 80′s when I wanted to move to the Farm. They’ve always had soft spot in my heart and I am honored to be able to work with them.
Working with Vegan Heritage Press was an incredible experience and I am forever grateful to Jon Robertson for his gentle handling and encouragement along the way. American Vegan Kitchen is the beautiful book that it is because of the hard work and attention to detail of everyone at VHP. I’m particularly excited about VHP’s publication of World Vegan Kitchen by Bryanna Clark Grogan. Thank you to all of you readers who have purchased my first book and those of you who still might. It’s been a real bonus to hear feedback from all of you. It is always a wonderful surprise to see what you are making from AVK.
I’m extremely fortunate to have many of the same testers onboard for this book and even a few new ones. A big thanks to all of you, too!
