Come to the Book Release Party!

Yes, I  know. I’m still blabbing about Celine’s and my new book. But I love it so much that it’s hard not to. Working with Celine was a dream come true. Not only do we work very well together, we come at things from different perspectives and can brainstorm for hours days months on end very happily. The result is an outside-the-bounds of “normal” creativity cookbook, stuffed with insane sandwiches and jaw-dropping photos. I’d love for you to come to the book release party we’re having on Sept. 16th. Celine will only be there in spirit, but I’m doing my best to make sure you have a fantastic time. Here’s the plan:

• Samples of sandwiches!
• Samples of vegan pizza!
• Music by Bobbiedazzler!
• A chance to meet and support Lasa Sanctuary!
• A chance to meet other vegans or vegan-curious or just plain fun people!
• A silent auction for a variety of vegan cookbooks that are being donated by Vegan Heritage Press, Book Pub. Co., and Fair Winds. The proceeds will be donated to Lasa Sanctuary.
• A chance to bid or win a Tofu Xpress (donated by them!), a dozen mini cupcakes from Vegan Sweet Tooth (donated by them!),  a surprise from Herbivore (donated by them!), and  a surprise from Vegan Essentials (donated by them!). Some will door prizes and others will be silent auction items.
• And of course, a chance to buy the Sandwich book or American Vegan Kitchen at a discounted price.
• There will also be a small “thank you” gift for each of you for coming.

So come on down to the beautiful Ashtabula Harbor on Sunday, Sept. 16 from 2:00 until 5:00 for lots of fun. We’ll be at Purola Brothers Bridge Street Pizzeria.
